Luma Surveillance™ 300 Series Mini Dome IP Outdoor Camera

This high-definition IP camera shows you anything you need to see – in full 1080p! Watching HD video on the go just got better, thanks to free apps for iOS® and Android, as well as streaming video drivers for popular control systems. Installing this camera is a snap with Power over Ethernet (POE), plus a Luma utility that makes it easy to find cameras on the network. This is the next level of installer-friendly IP technology. Application - Our 300-series cameras were designed for applications with close-up zoom. For installers who use cameras in the backyard or other long-range applications without zoom, we recommend our 500 IP series.

Password Setup - Starting from firmware version V5.4.1 build 170821, Luma IP cameras will not come programmed with a default password. This change is due to the security challenges faced when the password is left at its default. You must now create a new password during set up.

OvrC is your remote on-call technician, a free cloud-control app that makes installs a breeze and helps eliminate truck rolls. Plus, a convenient, end-user app allows your customers to fix small problems on their own, reducing calls and making your life easier.

Full HD 1080p Quality

At 2MP, these cameras offer high-resolution images in full 1080p. Using a display designed for 1080p? Don’t worry – now you get twice the digital zoom. Optimized for 16:9 letterbox format, and thus tailor-made for the A/V market, the resolution built into these cameras prevents picture distortion.

Up Close & Personal

Our low-profile 300-series IP cameras are optimized for installs that are close to the scene. Use them in tight spaces like a bedroom, a garage, or for a view from the front porch door.

Better Motion Capture

Through improved basic motion settings, use the NVR to highlight any grid area for custom capture. Advanced settings at the camera let you select up to eight unique targeted areas in a grid view using a click and drag of the mouse. Or, change image settings like white balance levels or digital noise reduction between day and night. Enhanced intrusion detection alerts vastly reduce false positives.

Smart Motion Technology

Schedule notifications and alerts based on new line crossing or custom intrusion settings. Postal worker pulls into your client’s driveway? You can set an alert to notify or start recording the second that truck crosses the line. New intrusion detection settings can also trigger an event based on movement in a custom box area, so you can capture movement from the fence line in a backyard.

Set the optimal custom levels for any time of day.

Digital-Wide Dynamic Range

Adjusts near field brightness for dimmer parts of the scene to compensate for shadowy areas created by overly bright image sections.

3D-Digital Noise Reduction

Digitally filters and removes noise from camera images, even in low light conditions.

Automatic Gain Control

Users select a slower shutter speed to let extra light into a camera, providing higher sensitivity in low-level applications.

Backlight Compensation

Amplifies the normal video signal in dim conditions to draw out even the lowest light across the entire scene.

White Balance

Prevents silhouettes in bright light by adjusting the entire image exposure so it clearly shows the subject in the foreground.
